What changed

All 4 jobs (CI: MCP server, Browser extension; publish) go back to ubuntu-latest, the label they had before #96. Job names are unchanged, so the required checks still match.

Evidence (CI audit 2026-10-16, 14 days, 33 runs)

• Public repo: GitHub runners are free here. On Blacksmith every job bills.
• No speed gain: Browser extension 18s -> 16s, MCP server 21s -> 23s. Queue went from ~2s to ~6s per job.
• Part of ~290 billed Blacksmith min/month across opendia, univ4-hooks and soul.md.

Expected gain

~4s less queue per job, and these minutes stop counting against the aeonfun Blacksmith allowance.

Risk

Low: same label the repo used until today.
