Please ask the board officers in #board-announcements on Discord if the information is correct. Please give them until Sunday, July 19 to reply.

Also, please fix so the Game Dev logo does not show at the top if there are no members for that semester. This would also solve #1276

I came across a weird bug when switching samson and emily's positions for node buds. In board/tiers.json we associate a position with a tier and a value. However, I had to switch the tier of node buds co-tl and tl for samson to appear first before emily. I haven't taken a look at what causes this behavior yet, but if its out of scope for this PR I am writing an issue to address it.
