Finger - Fixes for map pointing

When merged this pull request will:

• Replace vanilla map marker widget handler with a custom one that permanently shows the author's name
• Ensure that map pointer entity is only spawned by the server
• Fix formatting of code

Background:

• Vanilla map marker widget handler's behavior was changed to only show the author while hovering over the marker with a cursor
