* Do not allow carrying while sitting in a vehicle * Explicitly assign all actions to helper compartments * Only do a single attempt for moving characters in/out from compartments * Directly transfer to helper compartment if possible * Directly transfer to helper compartment if possible * Use ACE_CanCarry for checking that escort can carry captive * Enable action manager component for helper
