Document when to use the contract's pause/unpause mechanism, how to invoke it via CLI and JS SDK, what operations are blocked vs. still available while paused, steps to take while paused (snapshot, reproduce, fix, upgrade), and the criteria that must hold before calling unpause. Closes accesslayerorg#490

try_register_creator now takes 5 arguments but tests in max_supply_zero_rejected.rs were calling it with 4, causing CI to fail with E0061. Added &None as the curve_preset argument to all 6 call sites.
All 5-arg call sites now use the multi-line argument style to satisfy the rustfmt format check in CI.
…upstream Merges upstream/main (adds 3 new test files) and fixes the 4-arg register_creator call in holder_count_unchanged_after_supply_cap_exceeded.rs so CI compiles cleanly.
