Add helper for reading a creator's current key supply from persistent storage #587
Description
Summary
The creator's current key supply is read from persistent storage in multiple places across the contract, each constructing the storage key inline. A shared read helper should centralise this so the key format is defined once.
Scope
- Add
read_creator_supply(env: &Env, creator_id: &Address) -> u64helper - Helper should return 0 if no supply record exists (creator has not been initialized)
- Replace all inline supply reads with the helper
- Add unit tests: initialized creator returns correct supply, uninitialized creator returns 0
Acceptance Criteria
- Helper returns correct supply for initialized creator
- Helper returns 0 for uninitialized creator
- All inline supply reads replaced
- Unit tests for both cases
