Add dividend distribution contract for creator revenue sharing with key holders

Summary

Build a dividend contract that allows creators to distribute revenue to their key holders pro-rata to holdings, with a snapshot-based distribution mechanism to prevent gaming through flash purchases.

Scope

snapshot_holders(key_id) — creator-only, records holder balances at distribution block
fund_dividend(key_id, amount) — creator funds the distribution pool
claim_dividend(snapshot_id) — holder claims their pro-rata share from snapshot
get_unclaimed_dividend(wallet, snapshot_id) — returns claimable amount
DividendSnapshotCreated and DividendClaimed events emitted

Acceptance Criteria

Snapshot records correct holder balances at time of call
Pro-rata claim computed correctly from snapshot balances
Post-snapshot purchases do not affect snapshot entitlements
claim_dividend reverts on double-claim with AlreadyClaimed error
Both events emitted with correct snapshot and amount data
