Italian: fill the sidebar gaps (5 new pages, labels, Wallets menu title)

Fills the gaps in the Italian sidebar: pages that showed their English names, and labels that stayed English where they should not.

New Italian pages (5)

• Glossary_and_FAQs/Glossary (it was curated but no locale had it yet)
• Research/Grayscale_Zcash_ETF_ZCSH
• Using_Zcash/Unified_Addresses
• Zcash_Tech/Indexer_Benchmark_Zaino_vs_Ztreamer
• guides/Zcash_Node_RPC_and_Indexing

Translated with the Italian glossary prompt, then checked against the Italian writing rules. Fixes: image alt text, "gli ZEC", "portafogli leggeri", "es.".

Not included (the sync failed on them; they stay English until the next window)

• guides/Crosslink_Feature_Net: the translator duplicated a protected span on both runs.
• Zcash_Tech/Shielded_Cold_Signing: the English page ended with a stray code fence, which is fixed here. The retries then lost a protected span; the page is very long.

Curation and protected names

• Six pages added to curated-pages.txt. The other locales get them in the next sync window.
• 27 names added to preserveVerbatim. These were the brand holds on the new pages: Sean Bowe, Ztreamer, Zebrad, Zingolib, Android, Linux, Windows, Intel, PowerShell, Rust, PCZT, ClearSign, SeedSigner, OneKey, Hito, Zondax, Zashi, Ywallet, Zodl, AngryDavee, Jmo0615, Nano S, Nano S Plus, Nano X, Nano Gen5, Feature Net, Unified address.
• "Sustainability" listed in brand-candidates-ignore.txt. It is an ordinary word, used here in the ZIP 233 title.

Sidebar labels (Italian page titles; the pages are tagged +handfix in the manifest)

• Memos → Memo
• Coinholder-Directed Retroactive Grants → Finanziamenti retroattivi decisi dai detentori di ZEC (now matches the top menu)
• Maya Decentralised Exchange → Exchange decentralizzato Maya
• Electric Coin Company (Sunset) → Electric Coin Company (chiusa)

English

• Using_Zcash/Wallets.md gets menuTitle: Wallets. It had no title, so every sidebar showed the first wallet's name ("ZODL"). The wallet-directory parser skips the front-matter block.
• Zcash_Tech/Shielded_Cold_Signing.md: removed the unpaired trailing code fence.

Checks run locally

• All pass: invariants, menu-titles, protected-terms, page hygiene, brand spelling, numbers, image alt text, front matter, the glossary tests (101/101) and the brand-candidates tests.
• check-brand-drift reports 18 issues, against 19 on main.
