Cross-cultural HR training platform covering world religions and workplace etiquette
International workforces and globally mobile professionals routinely encounter cultural misunderstandings around religion and etiquette — prayer times, dietary restrictions, religious holidays, greetings, dress codes. For HR departments and managers, there's no practical, accessible training resource designed for the workplace context.
Religionly fills that gap.
- Detailed profiles for major world religions with workplace-relevant guidance
- Country-specific business etiquette guides
- Interactive map showing religion distribution by country
- Training modules for HR onboarding and international team management
- Practical, scenario-based content designed for business professionals, not academics
Building accurate, nuanced cross-cultural content at scale requires both breadth and precision. A single wrong detail about a religious practice causes more harm than no information at all.
The approach:
- Core religious and cultural content was structured into consistent frameworks (practices, observances, workplace implications, etiquette do's and don'ts)
- AI was used to draft and expand content within each framework — ensuring consistency across all religion and country profiles
- Each output was reviewed against authoritative sources before publication
- AI also assisted in adapting content for a professional/HR audience rather than an academic one
This process made it possible to cover 10+ religions and 50+ country profiles without sacrificing accuracy or consistency.
- React + TypeScript + Vite — frontend
- Tailwind CSS — UI design
- AI-assisted content pipeline — structured content generation and localization
