- `EXCLUDED_HEADINGS`(`검증`, `참고`, `테스트`) 와 `removeExcludedHeadings` 를 더했다. 이 소제목부터 다음 `###` 나 절 끝까지 뺀다. `### 3. 검증` 처럼 번호가 붙어도 뺀다
- `buildReleaseNotes` 가 작업 내용 절에서 이 블록을 뺀 뒤 노트를 만든다. 전부 빠지면 PR 제목으로 대신한다
- `.github/scripts/buildReleaseNotes.spec.ts`: 8개 추가(전체 33개)
- 💡 설계 이유
- v3.0.2 노트에 `### 검증 (#112)`, `### 참고 (#112)` 가 섞였다. #112 본문이 작업 내용 절 안에 검증과 참고를 `###` 로 두었고, 노트는 다음 `## ` 에서만 끊겨 걸러지지 않았다
- `/pr-convention` 은 검증을 `## 검증` 으로 따로 두라고 하지만, 규칙을 모르고 쓴 PR 에서도 노트가 깨끗해야 한다. 방문자가 아니라 리뷰어가 읽는 소제목만 이름으로 골라 뺀다
- 이름이 정확히 같을 때만 뺀다. `### 웹훅 검증을 추가` 처럼 제목에 그 말이 들어 있을 뿐인 기능 소제목은 남는다
- 검증: 실제 #112 본문으로 노트를 만들면 기능 소제목 4개와 Full Changelog 만 남는다
- 📋 작업 내역 - `actions/checkout@v4` → `@v7`: `version-bump`, `sync-release-prs`(2곳), `release` - `actions/setup-node@v4` → `@v7`: `version-label`, `release-notes` 액션 - `setup-node` 에 `package-manager-cache: false` - 💡 설계 이유 - #112 머지 때 `release` 로그에 "actions/checkout@v4, actions/setup-node@v4 target Node.js 20 but are being forced to run on Node.js 24" 경고가 떴다. 두 액션은 v5 부터 Node 24 로 돈다 - 사용자와 v5 와 최신 v7 중 v7 로 정했다. 어차피 bot push 흐름을 실제 PR 로 다시 확인해야 하므로 한 번에 최신으로 간다 - `setup-node` v5 이상은 `packageManager` 가 npm 이면 캐시를 자동으로 켠다. 이 레포는 pnpm 이라 지금은 켜지지 않지만, 스크립트가 의존성 설치 없이 Node 만 쓰므로 끄는 것을 명시했다. 처음에는 pnpm 이라 실패할 수 있다고 봤는데, v7 의 action.yml 설명을 읽고 npm 일 때만이라는 것을 확인해 이슈 본문도 고쳤다 - `checkout` 새 버전은 인증 정보 저장 방식이 바뀌었다. bot 이 PAT 로 PR 브랜치에 push 하는 흐름은 이 PR 에서 버전 레이블을 붙였다 떼며 확인한다

actions/checkout,actions/setup-node를 v4 에서 v7 로 올렸습니다. 실행 로그에 뜨던 Node 20 지원 종료 경고가 사라집니다.setup-node는 의존성 설치 없이 Node 만 쓰므로 자동 캐시를 끄도록 명시했습니다.검증
.github/scripts전체 33개),tsc, eslint, prettier, actionlint 통과patch를 붙였다 떼며 새checkout으로도 bot 의 bump commit 과 재실행이 되는지 확인합니다
