- Add Implementation Report metadata pointing to WPT results. - Populate Change Log with landed changes since First Public Working Draft (2024-11-05), linking to relevant pull requests. Fixes #2692
- Add h3 milestone header with #changes-2024-11-05 anchor. - Order landed changes reverse-chronologically with direct PR links. - Strictly enforce 80-column line wrapping.
