FAQ Bot — AI-Powered Customer Support Assistant

A conversational FAQ chatbot built with Python and Groq API (LLaMA 3.3 70B). Supports English, Bangla, and Banglish. Logs all conversations automatically.

Setup

1. Clone the repo git clone https://github.com/yourusername/faq-bot.git cd faq-bot

2. Install dependencies pip install groq python-dotenv

3. Add your API key Create a .env file: GROQ_API_KEY=your_key_here

4. Customize the FAQ Edit faq_data.json with your own questions and answers

5. Run python bot.py

Customization

All settings are in config.py — bot name, business name, model, temperature, history length.
