This PR introduces complete Vietnamese (
vi-VN) localization for WeKnora across both the frontend Vue 3 SPA and backend Go services.frontend/src/i18n/locales/vi-VN.ts, completely synchronized with the latesten-US.ts(including new features: Image Gallery, Citation passage locators, Host Skills, MinerU 4.0 tiers, and Image attribute observations).vi-VNin Vue i18n configurations (embed.ts,index.ts,localeKeyAudit.ts), whitelistedvi-VNindocker-entrypoint.sh, and added "Tiếng Việt" options to language selectors in Login, Settings, Embed Channel, and IM Channel panels.vi-VNsupport in Go backend locale mapping (internal/types/locale.go,internal/types/context_helpers.go, andinternal/handler/mcp_usage_instructions.go).Type of Change
