Backport openwrt-25.12 390a867118 ("mbedtls: update to 3.6.7"), which
is not part of v25.12.5. Mbed TLS 3.6.7 fixes CVE-2026-50580 (remote
buffer overflow in (D)TLS with ECDHE-PSK cipher suites), CVE-2026-35336,
CVE-2026-54435, CVE-2026-54441, CVE-2026-50583, CVE-2026-25832,
CVE-2026-50588, CVE-2026-49300, CVE-2026-50713, CVE-2026-50584,
CVE-2026-50579, CVE-2026-50587, CVE-2026-50586, CVE-2026-50581,
CVE-2026-50640 and CVE-2026-50585.
On the AP it is used by apk for package downloads and signature checks
and by libssh.
This can be dropped once the baseline moves to a release that contains
it (v25.12.6 or later).
Tested on SonicFi RAP7110C-341X: image builds, boots and passes the
regression; apk package installation was not exercised.
