…uv.lock Clears GHSA-7xgj-8392-5q4r (fastmcp, fixed in 3.4.10) and PYSEC-2026-4320 (certifi, fixed in 2026.10.19), which turned the CI dependency audit red on main. Dependabot #119 only moves fastmcp to 3.4.9, which is still affected. The FastMCP advisory bypasses component-level authorization after a transform; scoped-mcp sets no component auth policy, so it is not reachable here (security audit 2026-10-24, F-05). uv.lockonly.Both advisories were published after main's last green CI run, and they turned the "Dependency audit" job red on every PR. Dependabot #119 moves fastmcp only to 3.4.9, which is still affected, so this supersedes it.
Reachability. The FastMCP advisory lets a direct call skip component-level authorization (
AuthCheck/restrict_tag) after a transform. scoped-mcp sets no componentauth=policy: auth is at the transport level (BearerTokenVerifier), and tool visibility comes from registration. So the advisory is not exploitable as deployed. The bump is still needed to clear the gate and keep the pinned set clean.Verification
