[Backport 13.4] [BUGFIX] Make the GIFBUILDER shadow examples work again - #2123

Both examples changed tt_content.image.20.1, which only existed in css_styled_content, so they did nothing in a current TYPO3. They now build their own IMAGE object from a file, and the generator renders their results, which replace the images taken by hand.
