Many captions in this manual still use the old path; correct it when you touch

A TSconfig file that TYPO3 does not load on its own, such as a static file
that an extension registers, goes below `Configuration/TsConfig/`. Write the
folder in CamelCase, like `TypoScript/`. The glossary spelling TSconfig is for
prose, not for directory names. The file name ends with `.tsconfig`.
