[FEATURE] Document the rel and download values of typolink.parameter - #2006

Since TYPO3 14.2, typolink.parameter takes a sixth value for the rel attribute and a seventh one for the download attribute. The list of values ended with the fourth one, so the fifth, the additional parameters, is described as well.
