[Backport 14.3] [TASK] Document the value picker of email and text fields - #1765

TYPO3 renders a value picker for fields of the types email and text, but the manual described it only for color, input, link, and number. The contact email of a conference now offers the addresses of the organizers, and a reply of the organizers offers prepared answers.
