fix: restore iRacing Analyse car pointer

Summary

• request iRacing lap-fraction telemetry for saved-lap replay
• project replay positions onto track outline when world coordinates are unavailable
• preserve recorded world-coordinate behavior for other simulators

Verification

• verified lap 187 pointer appears and moves across Iowa Speedway track map
