Description / Motivation
This PR provides a fix for the missing Design Library chrome metadata (
scpm / chrometype=rendering) on the low-code Atoms preview path.It wraps
DesignLibraryLowCodeComponentwithPlaceholderMetadataand uses the same contract/handshake for the normal Design Library editing flow.Testing Details
