Description
Updates the schedule and involved people (preliminary - currently in discussion).
Also reduces a lot of duplication regarding the dates: Apart from the worksheets, all other dates and deadlines are now only in the
timetable.md.This PR also deletes the copies of old orga slides, which are confusing, at least when updating files. Now that we have releases, there is no reason to have them around anymore.
