A lightweight bounty + proof layer that lets people lock value on-chain and reward others for verifying what’s happening in the real world.

• Ask a question, attach a location, lock a reward.

PayLoop is my automatic payment / subscription engine on Stellar, designed to feel simple for users and powerful for developers.

• Approval flows, wallet + USDC integration, and core policy logic are implemented.
• Next steps: indexer, relayer, backend APIs, and x402-based subscription loops.
