Additional context

Drops unused DifferentialEquations from extras/compat/test.
Lifts the OrdinaryDiffEqCore upper bound (4.10 - 4.13 → 4.10, docs 4.8.1 - 4.13 → 4.8.1) now that SciML/OrdinaryDiffEq.jl#4175 is closed and the registry blocks the broken LowOrderRK pairing.

Unused DifferentialEquations removed from extras/compat/test.
OrdinaryDiffEqCore upper bound dropped now that OrdinaryDiffEq#4175
is fixed in the registry.
