👨‍💻 About Me

I'm a Product Support Engineer @ PetDesk working at the intersection of customers, SaaS products, APIs, integrations and engineering.

I spend my professional life understanding how software behaves in the real world — troubleshooting technical issues, investigating API and integration problems, and helping turn complex product behaviour into practical solutions.

Outside of my professional role, I'm a Freelance Software Engineer and independent builder.

I have a simple habit:

When I notice an inefficiency, I start thinking about whether software can eliminate it.

That often turns into a small application, automation, internal tool, API integration or full-stack project.

I'm particularly interested in building software that solves specific, observable problems rather than building technology for its own sake.

Currently completing my BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering at NSBM Green University.

What I Like Building

  • 🔌 API integrations, webhooks and automation
  • 🛠️ Tools that remove repetitive manual work
  • 🌐 Full-stack web applications
  • 🧩 SaaS utilities and productivity tools
  • 📊 Data-driven dashboards and internal tools
  • 🤖 Practical AI-powered applications
  • ☁️ Cloud-connected applications and services
  • ⚙️ Small systems that turn inefficient processes into simpler ones

Notice a problem → Understand it → Build the solution.

🧠 How I Approach Problems

🔎 Notice

Find something that is
slow, repetitive or inefficient.

🧩 Understand

Break down the workflow,
constraints and root cause.

🛠️ Build

Create a practical solution
using the right technology.

🚀 Improve

Measure the result,
iterate and simplify.
