Fix hangs and leaks found in pre-release example smoke run - #45

- evalFunWrapper: pass the MRST root (one level above ROOTDIR) as the startup path. startup.m no longer lives in core/, so every background session failed immediately and callers (e.g. ensemble 'background' simulation) waited forever for progress files to be removed.
- dfm_and_dual_porosity: clear figures before redrawing each time step. plotCellData adds a new patch per call, so the figures accumulated ~600 patches and the renderer grew to tens of GB.
- MRSTExampleTests: pass the script name to runScoped via varargin so the example workspace has no 'name' variable. Examples that use exist('name', 'var') were picking up their own file name.
