Overview
Cuts the 5.81.2 release by moving the repo from
5.82.0-SNAPSHOTto 5.81.2 across.version, CocoaPods specs,SystemInfo.frameworkVersion, app/testInfo.pliststrings, docs redirect HTML, and SampleCat’s SPM minimum version.CHANGELOG is rolled forward:
