An option to toggle Vignette

Vignette is really annoying for me, and it will change when player is not under sky, makiing it even more disturbing.
Also, there's saying that Vignette, despite not visually important, will impact performance on some types of graphics cards.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option, probably located in 'Graphics', to turn Vignette on or off.

Alternatives

As far sa I know, OptiFine is the only mod that provides such feature in 1.12. But OptiFine sometimes causes more problems than convenience, so it will be great to see this feature on Valkyrie

Vignette option would be definitly nice, and will probably get added.
But vignette doesn't actually impact performance, if made correctly which I doubt it do, so maybe a better more performance an customizable vignette would be a nice addition to Valkyrie
