chore: Qoder CN follow-ups (README, onboarding) - #144

Add Qoder CN to the support matrix, agent count and CLI example in both READMEs. Reword the matrix footnote: a dash now means HarnessKit does not manage that extension type for the agent yet, which also covers Qoder CN hooks (the agent has them; HK does not read them yet). With Qoder CN the welcome row grew to 936px (14 x 52px icons + 16px gaps), wider than the 900px minimum window, so Claude Code and Qoder CN were clipped at both ends.
