HireAI is a full-stack hiring and placement platform that connects job seekers, recruiters, colleges, and admins in one system. It combines AI-assisted screening, coding assessments, campus drives, proctored tests, analytics, and real-time notifications.

Live stack: Next.js 14 (App Router) + Express backend + MongoDB + Redis + Socket.IO + Judge0 (code execution) + Groq/OpenAI (AI features).
