Summary

Remove Kconfig webview, SDK manager, toolchain settings, and Symbolic Analysis.
Focus RT-Thread Setting on Env installation/update/status while retaining RT-Thread root configuration.
Add an editor-integrated web browser command and code --open-url URI handling, preserving auth callbacks.
Bump the extension to 0.4.14 and reduce VSIX runtime/package contents.

移除 Kconfig、SDK 管理、工具链设置和 Symbolic Analysis 页面，聚焦 Env 管理。新增编辑器内置浏览器 URI/命令入口，并补充相关扩展测试。

递增扩展版本至 0.4.14，移除不再使用的 Vue Router 依赖并同步前端构建入口。调整 VSIX 依赖白名单，确保内置 Markdown 渲染资源完整且保持精简。

更新 README 和变更日志，说明 Env 设置、移除的页面功能及版本 0.4.14。补充编辑器内网页入口和 RT-Thread Setting 使用文档，删除过时的配置说明。
