Enable the following tests for RHEL10:
disa-alignment: DISA provided a draft SCAP Benchmark, this is added to content with Add cyber.mil-provided SCAP Benchmark draft for RHEL 10 ComplianceAsCode/content#15124removed-rules: This was disabled as RHEL 10 did not havescap-security-guidepackage released (it does now).
