Add unit and integration tests for core API flows and wire them into CI.
Tasks:
- Add Vitest configuration and test scripts (already added in repo).
- Write unit tests for portfolio upsert/publish and GitHub import parsing logic.
- Add integration tests that hit critical endpoints using an ephemeral test DB (SQLite or a test Postgres container).
- Ensure tests run in CI and fail the build on test failures.
Acceptance criteria:
- Tests run locally with
pnpm test and in CI.
- Critical flows have at least minimal coverage and CI fails on test failures.
