Implements #3210 as described there: one
AGENTS.mdat the root and one in each ofxsl/,schema/,pretext/,css/,js/,examples/, anddoc/guide/, plus a two-lineCLAUDE.mdthat imports the root file and a.gitignoreentry forCLAUDE.local.md. One commit per file. Every command the files cite has been run from a clean checkout.
