Description
Adds Arabic Manga, a unified PreMiD Activity for eight Arabic manga/manhwa reading services:
The Activity shows the current title, chapter, reading-session duration, site branding, cover art when available, and buttons to open the current work/chapter. The reading timer persists while moving between chapters of the same series and resets when switching series or leaving the reading session. It also suppresses Rich Presence when supported page metadata indicates sensitive/ecchi/adult content.
Final store assets are hosted as separate anonymous Imgur uploads:
