The compiler build-helper directory contained a single file behind an unnecessary
modules/wrapper. MoveAddACIR.cmakedirectly intocompiler/cmake/, update its onlyCMAKE_MODULE_PATHcaller, and point the repository map at the actual helper. The helper contents and public package/include names are unchanged.Validation: fresh CompilerDev configuration with LLVM/MLIR 22.1.8; existing compiler build regeneration (no compilation changes); 14 repository/documentation layout tests passed with one platform skip; changed-file pre-commit, strict MkDocs and diff checks passed.
