When I first go to the Concurrent Calls page, it gives me an initial report for the month up to the current day. It says "Maximum Concurrent Calls = 39" and the graph looks pretty weird. Whaaaat??? Now I only have one SIP trunk with a limit of 10 concurrent calls. Is this just a sample graph? Where does this come from? Now, I see that the "Trunk" dropdown box is blank. If I change the trunk to my own sip trunk then the graph looks more like reality.
So, I'm just wondering what that initial graph is for?
(I'm running FreePBX 12.0.76.4, with Call Statisitics 0.1.2) I installed this module because I didn't see any way to get this info from FreePBX's interface.
