Summary

• Remediates PR7 harmonization feedback by closing remaining phase2 strict mismatch debt and aligning cast/casting wording where phase1 alias coverage introduced additional chapter text.
• Produces a full divergence adjudication ledger from feedback reliability data and records explicit decisions/actions for low and medium divergence categories.
• Produces placement-fitness disposition for high/medium candidates with decision counts and follow-up mapping; no broad ownership relocations were applied in this pass.

Reference alignment

• Harmonization remains edition-2021 aligned and does not introduce new reference behavior.
• Deferred by design: relocation-heavy placement moves are captured as forward-reference-only / keep-conceptual-home dispositions to avoid ownership churn in this stacked remediation.
