Update CMIP7_CV.json test file add missing activity_id

The activity_id = "CMIP" is missing in the current demo, see below

@mauzey1 the first pass at an auto-generated CV is now live at https://github.com/climate-resource/esgvoc-integration/blob/esgvoc-dev/cmor-cvs-table.json.

How close is this to working with CMOR?
