What happens if you do BCMECH 1 FREE here? Is this an allowed setup?

Yes, that is allowed. BCMECH info is appended to the BCPROP info in that case. I changed BCMECH to apply something to all BCCON faces.

BCMECH is a new keyword, split off from BCPROP: OPM/opm-common#5295 and OPM/opm-simulators#7326
