Add "Tile Vertically" and "Tile Horizontally" in the New Windowing System #14711

Description

@RezaeiDoust

Background

The new windowing system in ResInsight introduced the "Tile All View Windows" functionality, which is a useful addition for arranging multiple view windows.

However, several users have requested that the previous "Tile Vertically" and "Tile Horizontally" options also be restored, as these layouts supported specific workflows that are difficult to replicate with the current implementation.

Current Limitation
With the new windowing system, users can tile all windows automatically, but they no longer have direct control over arranging windows exclusively in a vertical or horizontal layout.
This can be inconvenient when comparing:
- Different realizations side-by-side
- Maps and plots simultaneously
- Multiple well sections or cross-sections
- Ensemble results across wide-screen monitors
- Proposed Enhancement

Reintroduce the following commands in the new windowing system:

  • Tile Vertically
    - Arrange all visible view windows in vertical columns.

  • Tile Horizontally
    - Arrange all visible view windows in horizontal rows.

These commands would complement the existing Tile All View Windows functionality and provide users with greater control over window organization.

Benefits
- Restores functionality available in the previous windowing system.
- Supports established user workflows.
- Improves usability on ultra-wide and multi-monitor setups.
- Makes side-by-side and top-to-bottom comparisons more efficient.
- Provides additional flexibility without affecting the existing tiling behavior.
