Fix prop & world exploit- properly support props & worlds.

Rethinking a lot of the internal logic to account for any animator.

Currently can be abused on props **identically** to the bug I reported to ABI regarding local components like Avatar Triggers & Parameter Stream affecting avatar parameters. Damnit.
