Converted .github/workflows/claude_review.yml from an inlined implementation into a thin caller of the shared reusable workflow NVIDIA-NeMo/FW-CI-templates/.github/workflows/_claude_review.yml pinned at the released tag v1.7.1 — the release carrying the trigger-comment reaction change ('+1' → 'eyes'). Both review modes are preserved as two jobs (light-review guarded by '/claude review' and strict-review guarded by '/claude strict-review'), each passing the existing Megatron-specific prompt, the ${{ vars.CLAUDE_MODEL }} model input, and the v1.7.1 secrets contract (NVIDIA_INFERENCE_URL / NVIDIA_INFERENCE_KEY). Landed as a single commit on the fork branch.
