chore(deps): update unisim-core to 1.7.12

Summary

• Raised the unisim-core baseline from >=1.7.11 to >=1.7.12.
• Updated the default and ROCm lock profiles to resolve unisim-core==1.7.12.
• No source/runtime API changes in UniLab.

Why

unisim-core 1.7.12 publishes the Genesis scalar found-contact tensor view as float32 (num_envs, 1), which is required by UniLab's Manager tensor packet contract. This removes the last dependency on an unpublished local UniSim build for the G1 Genesis runtime path.
