feat: remove retired task owners and WarpSAC

[TATP-233]

Summary

• Completely removed retired task owners and their implementation/config/test/doc/asset surface:
  • allegro_inhand
  • allegro_inhand_grasp
  • fr3_joint_target
  • g1_box_tracking
  • stewart_balance
  • x2_wall_flip_tracking
  • simtool_real
  • g1_wbt_obs
• Completely removed WarpSAC:
  • deleted conf/warpsac/** and train_warpsac.py
  • removed CLI, completion, interactive playback, off-policy dispatch, structured config, support-matrix, audit, and test wiring
  • retained the existing SAC and FlashSAC paths
• Removed task-owned assets and asset-hub registrations that were no longer referenced, including Allegro, Stewart, X2, and FR3 native assets.
• Updated bilingual task/algorithm/deployment docs, demo documentation, API autosummary, generated support matrix, and active ADR evidence.
• User-facing impact: the removed task names and --algo warpsac now fail as unsupported; WarpSAC checkpoints/runs have no migration path in this PR. Existing retained Go2/G1 owners and SAC/FlashSAC training behavior are unchanged.

Validation outcomes:

• Focused tests: 43 passed.
• Broader focused test set: 122 passed, 11 skipped.
• Docs checks: 20 passed.
• make test: 1821 passed, 42 skipped, 488 deselected.
• make test-all: check/type gates passed; 1821 passed, 42 skipped, 488 deselected; benchmark import smoke passed 34/34 module entries and 35/35 script entries.
• Sphinx build: succeeded with existing warnings.

Remote CI route:

• Base main: remote CI triggered by this PR; status to be recorded from the PR checks after it starts.

Impact

• Backend impact: none for retained backends; SuperDex remains supported through the retained Go2 owner, while the FR3 owner/assets are removed.
• Platform impact: both
• Training effect expected: yes — removed tasks and WarpSAC are no longer selectable; retained task/algorithm routes are unchanged.
