let blueshield harass cargo for ammo, I don't see the problem here. also gives antags a very yummy target since the wt with some ammo is a lot more useful then a egun imo |

About The Pull Request
removes the armory tac locker the blueshield office has on each map along with removing the riot gear.
replaces the blueshield armament beacon with an energy gun.
alternative to #12130 and #12134
Why It's Good For The Game
half the armament beacon is ballistic with special ammo that needs to be supplied from cargo. the shield implant is quite strong aswell. blueshields tend the let the power of their weapons and gear get to their head so now they just have an energy gun.
