Pin the reusable CI caller to the protected
Mindburn-Labs/platform-actions@v2.0.1release and grant thecijob the callee-requiredcontents,actions, andpull-requestsread permissions. This preserves the workflow events, concurrency, and job structure.Validation:
make check,actionlint .github/workflows/ci.yml,git diff --check, and a parsed workflow comparison confirming only the pin and required read permissions changed all passed.Tracks HELM-822.
