Findings fixed

  • agent-docs.agents-md: no AGENTS.md at the repository root. Added a short one.

Sources for each statement

  • What it is and is not: README (overview, Input formats, What it does NOT do).
  • Commands: Makefile targets check (build, vet, test, gofmt), build, test, fmt, demo, fixtures (tools/genfixtures, fixed seed), clean, and GOWORK=off; .gitignore covers report.json and report.html. CI runs make check (.github/workflows/ci-v2.yml).
  • Boundaries: CONTRIBUTING.md "Ground rules" and workflow step 3; README "Honest limits" (pricing snapshot, unknown models counted as $0).

Validation

  • make check: pass (also after merging origin/main, which brought chore: refresh LLM model IDs to current models #3).
  • make demo writes only gitignored reports; make fixtures leaves no diff.
  • ecp agent-docs.commands logic run over the new AGENTS.md: 0 problems.
  • ecp docs-truth over the branch: 0 findings (ledger-census omitted).

Findings left

None.

The estate control plane (ecp agent-docs.agents-md) reported no AGENTS.md at
the repository root. Add a short one: what the repository is and is not,
the Makefile targets CI and agents use (make check, build, test, fmt, demo, fixtures, clean), and the boundaries the README, Makefile and .gitignore already state.
Every command it names exists and does real work; ecp's agent-docs.commands
check finds no problem in it.
