The portfolio security-scan output under .codex-security-scan/ and six committed __pycache__/*.pyc files were removed from this public repository's history on 2026-09-29. Ignore both paths so they cannot be committed again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

On 2026-09-29 the portfolio security-scan output (33 files, first committed 2026-05-26 in
5ee8b8a) and six committed.pycfiles were removed from this public repository's history (HELM-879). This change keeps them from being committed again.Verification
