SOFTWARE ENGINEERING · VIDEO & SECURITY · DEVELOPER TOOLS
I build software for video surveillance and security platforms.
Outside work, I explore streaming, AI integrations, and tools for my homelab.
Reliable systems. Clear APIs. Interfaces that make sense.
My day-to-day stack spans React interfaces, Node.js services, C++, and databases. I care about how those pieces fit together: the API a client consumes, the information an interface exposes, and the behavior of the system behind it.
My public projects follow that same curiosity. A webcam becomes an RTSP source. River measurements become tools an AI assistant can query. A small macOS utility makes system health available through MCP.
I like building the connections that make software useful.

Turn a Mac's built-in camera into an RTSP stream for local and network clients. Python orchestrates FFmpeg and MediaMTX, with configurable resolution, frame rate, and transport. Python · FFmpeg · MediaMTX · macOS |
Make Emilia-Romagna river-level measurements accessible to AI assistants through tools backed by official regional data. Includes station lookup, river-level queries, and MCP and HTTP interfaces. Python · MCP · HTTP APIs |

Give an MCP client a simple way to inspect a Mac's CPU load and available memory. A focused Node.js server using the stdio transport and operating-system metrics. JavaScript · MCP · macOS |
GitHub Profile Curator · In development An AI-assisted agent that proposes profile README updates from repository evidence. Scheduled runs, validation, dry-run previews, and draft PRs keep the final decision with the author. Being prepared for my Mac Mini homelab. Python · OpenAI API · GitHub API · Docker |

More languages across my projects
C++, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Shell, Swift, and TypeScript.
This reflects project usage, rather than equal depth of experience in every language.
- Bringing GitHub Profile Curator to my Mac Mini homelab.
- Exploring React patterns, Redux tooling, and Node.js internals.
- Building useful connections between AI assistants, APIs, and local systems.
